Lower back pain can be incredibly debilitating. Without a healthy and sound lower back, every moment spent up-right can be agonizing, leaving us wondering if there is anything we might do to make the pain lessen or go away. Without one of these, you may feel better at first, but over time the aches and pains will return as your body settles into its old and inefficient patterns. When combined, however, these four types of exercise support and re-enforce each other. They’ll help you to not only acquire new good habits, but to maintain them, and to prevent bad habits from developing.
