Alternate it from shoulder to shoulder to avoid carrying excess weight on either your left or your right side. Arrange your work environment up in an ergonomically friendly style. Your desk or area where you’re working needs to be at the height of your elbows and the shoulders should remain straight and parallel to that of your hips. Whatever you do, you should not lean forward or slouch so as to get a better view of what is in front of you on the monitor. Move your body closer to your work or find a way to move your work closer to your body. Your computer monitor should be such that the center of the screen is at your eye level for the easiest viewing possible.
