There are plenty of treatments for occasional back pain: medicated rubs, painkillers and so forth which can banish the pain, at least for a while. A heat pack may even eradicate your pain if it’s a slight case. However if you’re one of the many who are afflicted with persistent back pain, you will need to do more than that. A damaged disc in the backbone that flares up will commonly result in leg and ankle pain along with the back pain.
